Due to the custom manufacturing nature of Print-on-Demand products, standard exchanges are reserved for manufacturing defects or processing errors. We will issue a free replacement or a full refund if your item exhibits a major issue, such as:
- β οΈ Significant Discrepancies: The final print is visibly distorted, misplaced, severely faded, or significantly different from the design choice chosen at checkout.
- π¦ Transit Damage: The item arrives broken, torn, or defective due to mishandling by our factory production line or the shipping carrier.
- π¨ Fulfillment Errors: You receive an incorrect size, wrong variant, or completely different color than what was documented on your original order receipt.
- π Lost Shipments: The carrier officially confirms the package was lost in transit before reaching your address.
π How to File a Claim:
To secure a replacement or refund quickly, please send an email to support@dailyanddecor.com containing:

- Clear photographs or a short video showing the specific defect, laid out on a flat surface with the original tags visible.
- Note: If the issue relates to incorrect sizing or print placement, please place a measuring tape or ruler across the affected area in the photo.
Once verified, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement completely free of charge. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.
π 3. Physical Return Guidelines
In rare instances where our compliance team requests that an item be sent back to our facility, please adhere strictly to the following parameters:

- Customer Error: We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect sizes selected at checkout, wrong color choices, or invalid/incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer. Please review your cart details thoroughly before paying.
- Altered Conditions: Items that show visible signs of wear, washing, usage, or have missing components and detached tags will be denied a refund.
- Delayed Claims: Any claims regarding shipping delays or transit issues must be submitted within 30 business days of the original order date. Claims filed after this 30-day limit will be automatically rejected.
